Instructions For Making Fried Cabbage

  1. Preheat oven to 120 ° C.
  2. Mix the salt and rosemary in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Wash and dry cabbage thoroughly. Remove the cabbage stems and cut the leaves into large pieces.
  4. Put them in a bowl and pour the olive oil. Make sure the leaves are evenly covered and season with the rosemary salt to taste.
